Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies across various market segments
• Build and manage a demand generation team while collaborating with Sales and Revenue Operations
• Design integrated marketing campaigns and optimize performance through data-driven insights

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in demand generation leadership roles
• Proven expertise in implementing account-based marketing strategies at scale
• Experience marketing to enterprise customers with complex sales cycles
• Demonstrated success in building and leading marketing teams in fast-paced environments
• Background in data-driven industries such as retail, CPG, or supply chain is preferred
