IT & Cybersecurity Associate

About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT & Cybersecurity Associate to support our growing tech needs, maintain SOC 2 compliance, and help us stay ahead of cybersecurity risks. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone with a solid foundation in IT systems and cybersecurity best practices who is ready to take ownership of key tools and processes.

What You'll Do

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Own the implementation and administration of cybersecurity tools, including MFA, single sign-on, and access controls
• Conduct regular internal vulnerability testing to ensure all devices and systems are protected
• Stay ahead of emerging cyber threats through continuous monitoring and proactive safeguards
• Lead SOC 2 compliance efforts: maintain documentation, track evidence, and coordinate with external auditors
• Ensure 100% audit readiness at all times by maintaining up-to-date compliance protocols

IT Support & Tool Management

• Handle all aspects of onboarding and offboarding, including system access and device setup
• Serve as the admin for key tools such as Asana, HubSpot, Microsoft Office, and other collaborative platforms
• Centralize tool management and standardize user access across the organization
• Act as the go-to person for IT troubleshooting and basic network support

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support or cybersecurity
• Working knowledge of SOC 2 compliance processes
• Experience with administrative control of SaaS tools and access management
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• A proactive, systems-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Salary 

$90,000-115,000 annually
