ABOUT THIS ROLE


As an Aircraft Records Analyst at Aero, you will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the currency of all aircraft, engine, & component records. This is an entry-level position, reporting to the department manager, with the opportunity to learn more about the aviation industry. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the aircraft are compliant with regulatory requirements and that all maintenance and operational records are properly documented and organized. You will perform your duties in accordance with Aero’s Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP), General Maintenance Manual (GMM) and other essential manuals.  


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Review and organize maintenance records for aircraft, including inspections, repairs, modifications, and parts replacements.
  • Track aircraft hours, cycles, and flight logs to determine when scheduled maintenance is due and to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure that all required documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date per Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations.
  • Ensure that all work performed on the aircraft is correctly recorded and signed off by authorized personnel.
  • Track and maintain documentation of airworthiness, including ADs (Airworthiness Directives), Service Bulletins (SBs), and mandatory inspections.
  • Tracking expiration dates of maintenance-related documents, such as inspections and certifications, to avoid any compliance gaps.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable aviation regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and internal maintenance policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with various team members, including maintenance technicians, maintenance control, and inventory personnel to coordinate proper organization and retention of records.
  • Coordinating with the FAA or other relevant regulatory bodies during audits or inspections.
  • Other projects as assigned.


REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience using operating systems (proficient with Google Suite, especially Docs, Sheets, and Slides preferred).
  • Must have the ability to learn and understand Maintenance Tracking Programs (such as CAMP, Veryon, TRAX).
  • Experience with aircraft maintenance documentation, record-keeping, and logbooks.
  • Must have the ability to learn to read and understand technical data (Maintenance Manual Programs, Aircraft Maintenance Manuals, and Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) requirements).
  • Must be able to perform all work in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines, all company manuals, and company policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of FAA Part 135 regulations and compliance requirements.
  • High school diploma/GED (Associates degree or higher in Aviation Administration preferred).
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written.
  • Must have a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • As this is a (DOT) safety-sensitive position as defined in 14 CFR part 120[1]: All prospective employees are subject to DOT pre-employment testing and random drug testing throughout their employment.

  • Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.00 [per hour] in Allentown, PA [exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.]
