Job Summary

A company is looking for an AEM/GenStudio Customer Success Architect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solve customer issues in collaboration with the Solution CSM and develop optimal solutions
• Maintain up-to-date technical expertise with AEM and related Adobe solutions
• Build and nurture trusted advisor relationships with customers, CSMs, and product teams

Required Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of content lifecycle management
• Proven experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Solutions and AEM Sites Architect Certification
• Experience in digital marketing, focusing on performance marketing and content supply chain
• Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience leading discovery and delivery phases of customer engagements
