Advens for People and Planet
Advens for People and Planet endowment fund was created in 2021 on the initiative of Alexandre Fayeulle, Chairman and Founder of Advens.
The raison d'être of the endowment fund (shared with Advens) is to turn vulnerability into a strength for cyber, people and the planet.

Advens exists to protect you from cyber threats. But that's not its only vocation: Advens want to have an impact on our world, our society, our lives. With its independence and 500 experts across France and Europe, Advens supports European companies and public institutions in preventing and neutralizing attacks. And Advens puts its performance at the service of people and the planet: 50% of the company's financial value is dedicated to the Advens for People and Planet endowment fund, to be used for actions in favor of People and the Planet.

The missions
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Fundraiser & Communication officer will be responsible for developing the endowment fund's financial resources, focusing on diversifying the revenue models for each thematic pillar or program. He/she will also be responsible for supporting the fund's activities in communicating and enhancing its impact and partnerships.
1. Fundraising:
- Design and implement effective fundraising strategies to increase the fund's resources.
- Work with the thematic teams to draw up funding development plans specific to each thematic pillar of the Impact thesis.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, corporate partners and other funding sources.
- Draft proposals, calls for projects, and sponsorship dossiers tailored to target audiences.
- Engage and build the loyalty of the community of donors and partners through regular interaction, events and initiatives designed to strengthen their commitment.
- Maintain relations with donors (acknowledgment, reporting, highlighting their contributions).
2. Impact Valorization :
- Lead the production of the annual impact report, highlighting the results and outcomes of the endowment fund’s initiatives.
- Develop tools and formats to measure, analyze, and communicate the impact of thematic pillars and the projects supported.
- Valuing the impact of the endowment fund as part of Advens' global performance model.
3. Communication and Community Engagement
- Define and manage the fund's communication strategy to increase its visibility and awareness.
- Coordinate the production of content within the team for various media (website, social networks, newsletters, brochures).
- Promote the loyalty of the community of donors and partners through regular exchanges, events and initiatives to strengthen their commitment.
Skills required
- Proven skills in fundraising and proposal writing.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to measure impact and develop effective communication strategies.
- Proficiency in digital tools (CRM, communication software, social media).
- Strong ability to write and promote editorial content.
- Fluency in French and English. Knowledge of German, Italian or Spanish is a plus.
Education and experience
- Significant professional experience in fundraising.
