Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions Advisor I to recruit prospective students for healthcare programs and facilitate the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit new students and strive to exceed conversion goals
• Interview prospective students to assess motivation and qualifications
• Maintain communication and record prospect activities throughout the admissions process

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 1-2 years of customer service, sales, or marketing experience
• Higher Education recruiting experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience in a start-up environment or product launch preferred
• Working knowledge of database and software packages for student information management
