Data Quality Specialist (List Cleaner)

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Quality Specialist, focusing on list cleaning. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining data integrity and ensuring accuracy across a dataset of contact information. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enabling the growth of our business by verifying we are reaching the proper contacts within prospect clients within the Tampa area.

Responsibilities:

  • Cleanse and validate contact datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Identify and correct errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies within datasets using advanced techniques and tools.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand data requirements and prioritize cleaning tasks accordingly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data cleaning techniques and technologies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on data quality metrics and performance to stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions to business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a US Citizen and work Eastern Time zone hours
  • Telecommunication skills including outstanding communication skills with potential clients to gather information.
  • Proven experience in data cleaning, data validation, or data quality assurance roles.
  • Proficiency in data cleansing tools and techniques, such as data profiling, deduplication, and normalization.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a part-time only role. You can expect about 20 hours per week.

$16.00-$17.00 per hour based on experience.
