A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst, People Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new analytics projects to enhance data-driven decision-making for people-related initiatives
• Build innovative solutions to address complex problems in people analytics
• Cultivate relationships with company leaders to understand and address people needs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Business Intelligence Engineer, or similar role
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
• Expertise in SQL and data manipulation, along with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, PowerBI)
• Strong understanding of data pipelines and infrastructure
• Solid understanding of basic statistical analysis (e.g., linear regressions)
