Finance Systems Analyst

Our Finance team is expanding, and we are seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to manage our Finance ERP, Workday Adaptive Planning. This role is crucial for optimizing our financial system and enhancing forecasting techniques.


What your day could consist of:
  • Manage Adaptive Instance: Maintain and improve the performance of our Adaptive instance by identifying and implementing enhancements.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate financial reporting within Adaptive, ensuring alignment with Intacct and Workday HCM
  • Financial Modeling: Build and transition financial models from Google Sheets to Adaptive, enhancing our budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
  • User Training: Educate finance team members on Adaptive functionalities and best practices.
  • Troubleshooting: Serve as the main contact for system issues and coordinate with third-party support and contractors


What is needed:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience with finance systems, specifically Adaptive Insights or Pigment.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy.
  • Proactive and passionate about improving forecasting techniques while managing multiple projects.
  • Keen to learn and explore other areas within the finance function to support overall team objectives.
  • Chicago preferred but open to remote
