Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Retail Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the execution of retail marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency across all retail channels, and driving sales through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, understands retail dynamics, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of retail marketing campaigns to support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, creative, and product development, to align marketing efforts with retail strategies.
- Manage retail marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives across different retail partners.
- Work closely with the sales team to align on marketing budgets, influencer budgets, events and activations.
- Support the creation of marketing materials such as wholesale catalogs, brochures, and various creatives.
- Track and analyze retail marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements.
- Assist in developing co-branded marketing initiatives with retail partners to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Maintain strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in retail marketing, brand marketing, or a related field (experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design software is a plus.
