We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Partnerships Specialist to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires expertise in influencer outreach, campaign execution, relationship management, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of influencer marketing trends, strong negotiation skills, and experience working across various influencer tiers.

Responsibilities:
- Influencer Strategy & Outreach: Develop and execute influencer outreach strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Program Management & Scaling: Manage and expand influencer marketing programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maximizing ROI.
- Data-Driven Performance Analysis: Analyze influencer campaign performance, establish KPIs, and leverage data insights to optimize future strategies.
- Negotiation & Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agents, and content creators to secure cost-effective, high-performing partnerships.
- Creative Campaign Execution: Design and implement innovative influencer campaigns that align with brand messaging, consumer insights, and market trends.
- Process Optimization: Streamline workflows, reporting, and influencer communication for efficient program execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (email, creative, PR, and product development) to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign execution.
- Paid Amplification Experience: Repurpose influencer content for paid media strategies, including whitelisting, boosting, and UGC ads.
- Budget Management: Oversee influencer marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum return on investment.
- Experience with Various Influencer Tiers: Work comfortably with micro, mid-tier, and macro influencers across multiple social media platforms.
- Industry Trend Knowledge: Stay informed about evolving influencer marketing trends, social media algorithms, and emerging content formats.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5+ years in influencer marketing, preferably within the beauty/skincare industry. Candidates must provide examples of past influencer campaigns, including strategy, execution, and performance metrics.
- Strong ability to track, measure, and report campaign performance using key analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and find creative solutions to challenges.
- Ability to clearly communicate brand expectations and effectively negotiate partnerships.
- Comfortable working remotely while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
