Social Media Intern - Remote/WFH

SEEKA Technologies (Not Seeka Limited) is a project under its parent organization called Fresh Futures Australia (FFA) which is an education consultant based in both Australia and Malaysia. We are developing and creating a platform that utilises A.I. to help match students and job seekers to the right opportunities relevant to them from Kindergarten up to the University along with vocational training centers and language schools and ofcourse to businesses and companies who need the right candidates. Our mission is to make it easier for anyone to find, filter and apply to educational institutions and companies in a more seamless manner.   

We’re on a mission to revolutionize the education and training landscape by connecting job seekers with Registered Training Organizations (RTOs), educational institutions, and employment opportunities. Our innovative platform bridges the gap between skills development and career growth in Australia. We’re looking for enthusiastic interns to join our dynamic team and contribute to impactful projects that shape the future of learning and employment.:

• Only English is spoken on the job
• The minimum number of internship months we can accept is 2 months
• Both international students and locals are welcome to apply for this position

• Design and create engaging social media posts (with guidance and templates provided).
• Edit and improve existing posts for better reach and engagement
• Schedule and bump posts or ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and potentially others.
• Keep track of what’s performing well and suggest ways to improve.
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries from interested users.
• Maintain a friendly, professional tone and provide helpful responses.
• Help plan and research strategies to grow our social media presence.
• Identify trends, hashtags, and competitor approaches to improve outreach
• Occasionally collect and enter data into Excel spreadsheets and or CRM tools like Zoho.
• Assist with organizing leads, customer details, and campaign performance data.

• A marketing, communications, or business student major
• Someone creative, reliable, and proactive
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and basic design tools (like Canva)
• Comfortable with MS Excel and open to learning CRM tools like Zoho

• Completely remote or work from home
• Gain hands-on experience in software testing within a professional environment.
• The possibility of retainment for part-time or Full-time work post-internship based on your performance
