Job Overview:
Our client, a fast-growing DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) beauty brand specializing in skincare products, is looking for a Growth Marketing Strategist to to lead the day-to-day strategy and execution of their paid digital channels, including Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms. In this role, you will own the entire paid acquisition program, driving profitable growth, optimizing ad performance, and executing a robust testing roadmap. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to align performance marketing efforts with the company’s brand values, creative standards, and business goals.

Responsibilities:
Paid Acquisition Strategy & Channel Ownership:
- Own and manage all paid digital channels, including Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms, to drive efficient customer acquisition at scale.
- Develop and execute digital acquisition strategies for both evergreen growth and new product launches, aligning with broader business objectives.
- Oversee the paid acquisition testing roadmap, running structured experiments across channels, audiences, creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Performance Optimization & Measurement:
- Measure and assess channel/tactic-level effectiveness, refining attribution models with internal and external partners.
- Optimize paid media budgets based on real-time performance data and business goals.
- Develop frameworks for scaling high-performing tactics while phasing out ineffective ones.
- Ensure strong ROAS and performance across digital channels.
Creative Strategy & Testing:
- Stay ahead of trends in DTC marketing and consumer behavior.
- Collaborate with design, copywriting, and media buying teams to produce high-performing creative assets.
- Lead a structured creative testing program, analyzing results and scaling top-performing concepts.
Reporting & Insights:
- Own business and channel-level reporting, synthesizing platform data into actionable insights.
- Design and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance and acquisition trends.
- Share insights with leadership to inform budget allocation and long-term growth strategies.
Partnership & Collaboration:
- Work cross-functionally with Design, Digital Product, Brand Marketing, Finance, and Ops teams.
- Enhance the MarTech stack by identifying and implementing tools for targeting, tracking, and automation.
- Support the reporting and measurement of new distribution channels (Amazon, Brick & Mortar, etc.).
Campaign Execution & Operations:
- Oversee campaign briefs, ensuring clear direction on goals, timelines, and creative needs.
- Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple campaigns.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for paid media vendors and technology partners.
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital acquisition.
- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with performance marketing campaigns such as ASC, DPA, DABA, VSA, and pMax.
- Ability to lead and execute structured testing programs across multiple platforms.
- Experience working in the DTC eCommerce industry.
- Familiarity with MarTech tools for targeting and automation.
- Previous collaboration with creative teams on ad concepts and testing strategies.
