We’re looking for a creative, social-first, community-driven marketer to fuel fuel brand love, organic momentum and deep consumer engagement for Curie. This role is all about making Curie a brand people connect with – leading social media, content strategy and community-building efforts that turn everyday users into brand fans. Beyond social, you’ll also tap into product seeding, creative partnerships and cultural moments to ensure Curie isn’t just showing up but standing out.

Key Responsibilities
- Social Leadership: Own Curie’s social media strategy, aesthetic and voice, with a sharp focus on building community and driving engagement.
- Community Building: Cultivate and nurture our audience – fostering conversations, responding in real time and making Curie a brand people want to interact with daily.
- Content Strategy & Execution: Lead our content agenda, ensuring Curie is showing up in fresh, engaging ways. Work with a network of creators to evolve our digital presence.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with brands, influencers, fitness studios and more to expand Curie’s reach and credibility.
- Campaign Management: Design and execute brand campaigns to support key moments and new launches, collaborating with our Omnichannel Marketing lead to ensure 360° execution.
About You:
- A social-first marketer with a passion for building engaged communities
- A creative thinker with a knack for generating big ideas and executing them flawlessly
- Obsessed with brand-building, social media, digital content and consumer trends
- Hands on experience in content creation, social media strategy and community management
- A natural storyteller with strong copywriting and creative thinking skills
- Comfortable wearing many hats and blending strategic vision with hands-on execution – this is a fun, fast-paced, scrappy start-up environment!
- Loves collaborating and building relationships – with teammates, influencers, brand partners and the Curie community
- 3+ years of experience working in a social media or brand marketing role for a consumer brand or agency
