Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm | PST

Contract: Independent Contractor

Salary: Open to be negotiated depending on the experience

About the job:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace Support Coordinator to help manage and grow our eCommerce presence across key retail channels. This role is critical in supporting our current Amazon operations and setting the foundation for future marketplace partnerships with retailers like Nordstrom, Ulta, and Sephora.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the Amazon storefront, including product listings, content updates, pricing, and inventory coordination
  • Handle product uploads, variations, keyword optimization, and A+ content implementation
  • Support cross-functional teams in preparing for future marketplace launches (Nordstrom, Ulta, Sephora)
  • Coordinate with supply chain, customer service, and marketing to ensure accurate product representation and availability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to listings, compliance, chargebacks, and seller support cases
  • Maintain digital assets and ensure consistency in product information across all channels

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience supporting or managing Amazon Seller or Vendor Central
  • Good communication skills in English (C1)
  • Familiarity with Amazon tools (Seller Central, Brand Registry, A+ Content, FBA/FBM, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with project management or eCommerce tools a plus
  • Bonus: Experience working with or preparing for platforms like Nordstrom.com, Ulta.com, or Sephora.com
  • Passion for beauty, retail, and digital commerce
