Remote Care Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Coordinator - Remote (Central Time Zone).

Key Responsibilities:

• Process patient referrals and applications using a centralized CRM system
• Answer inquiries and provide updates on patient case statuses
• Document detailed notes during calls and manage cases from initial contact to final outcome

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2-4 years of customer service or call center experience preferred
• Experience in healthcare or pharmacy settings is a plus
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM while maintaining call quality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
