Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Amazon Catalog Optimization Specialist to lead the optimization and performance of our Amazon product listings. This role is not just about maintaining listings—it's about driving improvements, creating high-converting content, and helping us stay competitive on the world’s largest marketplace. You will play a crucial role in shaping how our products are presented and discovered by customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and Optimize Listings:
    Take full ownership of listing health and performance, ensuring all content is fully optimized, compelling, and aligned with our brand standards.
  • Enhance Visibility and Conversion:
    Conduct thorough market and keyword research to craft high-converting product titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
  • Proactively Monitor Performance:
    Use internal dashboards and third-party tools (e.g., Helium10) to track listing performance, spot trends, and implement improvements before issues arise.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with graphic design, marketing, and compliance teams to execute timely listing updates and maintain the highest content quality.
  • Stay Ahead of Market Trends:
    Monitor changes in Amazon’s algorithms, SEO best practices, and category-specific trends to recommend proactive updates.
  • Problem-Solve Independently:
    Investigate and troubleshoot issues such as suppressed listings or rank drops, providing clear, actionable solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing and optimizing Amazon product listings.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central and tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic content decisions.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with a focus on SEO, clarity, and conversion.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to stay current with Amazon’s changing algorithms, policies, and marketplace dynamics.
