Job Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled Lead Digital Content Specialist to manage the end-to-end experience of our global websites, focusing on maintenance, optimization, and the documentation of best practices and quality assurance. This role will be pivotal in executing digital product launches, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring seamless content management and website optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Digital Growth, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Motorcycle Management, and Motorcycle Engineering to deliver digital product launches.
- Curate and manage product data (pricing, model availability, paint color, and options) by country/region, ensuring it is populated correctly in the json file or other systems as the tech stack evolves.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for product data and participate in projects to develop a Product Information Management (PIM) system as the single source of truth for product data.
- Manage CGI motorcycle asset development with internal stakeholders (e.g., Motorcycle Product Engineering) and external CGI agency partners.
- Implement and execute sales promotion offers using tools such as AEM or Contentful, working with internal stakeholders to gather offer details and coordinate go-to-market timing.
- Update the Offers page, json file for Finance Rate changes, and promo banner updates related to offers messaging.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and sustainability support for key sections of the site as needed.
- Page creation/production in Contentful, adhering to Figma page designs or creating content as per user stories when Figma designs are unavailable.
- Add SEO metadata, create translation jobs, and manage translation rollouts using translation connectors. Perform QA and UAT defect remediation.
- Support localization of content beyond translation, working with stakeholders to determine necessary content changes.
- Follow Agile Scrum processes and ceremonies, ensuring efficient workflow and continuous delivery.
- Write JIRA tickets for own tasks and assist the team in creating tickets for their work when needed.
- Support the analysis and interpretation of digital experience data to assist in planning, prioritization, and optimization.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in launching digital initiatives, projects, and/or campaigns.
- Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Contentful.
- Experience with website product data management.
- Strong experience with Jira and user story creation.
- Familiarity with website QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Content Square (or a strong aptitude to learn these tools).
- Previous experience working in an Agile development environment.
