Senior Director Demand Generation, Remote

The Senior Director of Demand Generation is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance our company's market position. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of effective B2B marketing tactics, a data-driven mindset, and a proven track record in developing high-impact campaigns that deliver measurable results.


The Senior Director of Demand Generation will lead the Campaigns Team, the Digital Marketing Team, and the Field Marketing & Partnerships Team. This role is essential for driving strategic marketing initiatives, developing comprehensive demand generation strategies, aligning and executing programs that contribute to Aledade’s growth objectives.


We are flexible with geographic location—the ideal candidate can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or from our headquarters in Bethesda, MD.


Primary Duties:
  • Team Management: Lead and manage the Campaigns Team, Digital Marketing Team, and Field Marketing & Partnerships Team to achieve marketing goals. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals to foster a high-performance, innovative culture.
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement a cohesive demand generation strategy that aligns with overall business goals and sales objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, Partnerships, webinars, paid advertising, events, and more.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Establish KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and provide detailed analyses on the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives. Use insights from data to refine strategies, improve conversion rates, and optimize the marketing funnel.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with Network Development, Portfolio Marketing, Corporate Communications, Marketing Operations and executive leadership to ensure alignment and collaboration on revenue-driving initiatives.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Manage the demand generation budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI. Evaluate and select external vendors to support demand generation efforts.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on demand generation, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful B2B demand generation strategies.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Excellent analytical abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
