Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Process cash receipts and ensure payments are applied to invoices accurately
• Communicate and resolve unapplied payments with customers and stakeholders
• Analyze cash application trends to identify improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Collections
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Basic knowledge of the Order to Cash (O2C) cycle
• High school diploma required; college degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
