Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Services Onboarding Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform client onboarding in compliance with the Outsourced Finance and Accounting Services (OFAS) standard onboarding process
• Orchestrate and implement new client processes and manage the initial setup of third-party applications
• Manage unexpected client matters and ensure timely delivery of internal and external deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
• 5-7 years of accounting services experience, including 2-3 years of managing staff
• Proficiency with software applications, including QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office
• Project management skills with the ability to handle urgent client matters
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach
