Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant II to provide financial information to management and assist with various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze accounting data to generate financial reports and reconcile discrepancies
• Prepare monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and assist with audits
• Manage accounting transactions and prepare data for financial statements and monthly close meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration required
• Master's Degree in Accounting preferred
• 2-3 years of accounting or finance experience required
• Good understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Strong MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP's and pivot tables
