Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to manage various aspects of general accounting and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and prepare daily wire payment requests
• Provide support and oversight to international locations and train finance staff on policies
• Assist with monthly close deadlines, bank reconciliations, and the annual audit process

Required Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or equivalent experience required
• Strong understanding of accounting practices and GAAP
• ERP financial software experience required; NetSuite experience is a plus
• Intermediate Excel skills, including VLookups and Pivot Tables
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
