Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Specialist responsible for supporting sales, business development, and customer account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the R&D/Clinical Trial Sourcing team in developing and implementing business plans
• Engage with customers to ensure seamless product supply and foster new business opportunities
• Assist with the generation of product quotes and processing of purchase orders while maintaining customer documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Business, Pharmaceutical, or Finance field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Account Management and/or Business Development
• Confidence in initiating contact with new prospects and leading client meetings
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint, and CRM platforms/software
