Key Responsibilities

• Lead client presentations and coordinate regular meetings to maintain strong relationships
• Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account planning
• Manage client proposals, renewals, and implementations in collaboration with internal teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing internal and external relationships in healthcare plan administration
• Experience in healthcare plans or health insurance
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel functions and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver exemplary customer service
• A Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration is a plus
