Job Summary

A company is looking for an Academic Advisor & Data Assessment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise undergraduate students, focusing on transfer students, adult learners, and undeclared upper-level students
• Utilize Starfish and Workday for advising, tracking students, and preparing enrollment data
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success and monitor academic progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of related work experience
• Experience in assessment, reporting, and advanced Excel skills
• Ability to build rapport with students and work collaboratively with faculty
• Experience in higher education is preferred
• Master's degree is a plus
