The Architect will liaise with clients to help scope, define, plan and design IT projects. Partners with Sales Executives’(SE's) and Consulting Engineers’ (CE's)as well as the client team to drive complex solutions development. Leads technical solution development and go to market in areas of technical expertise and provides consulting/professional services on an as needed basis. The Architect understands the overall architecture and designs and operates, as part of the Tools Team, moving from directorate to directorate installing and customizing tools, and designing custom solutions. They prepare and present presentations to DoD NSIN ICON leadership, which convey the need, design, and benefits expected from each project the team undertakes. The Architect supervises and mentors subordinate project and ICON innovation Collaborative (IIC) staff and takes direction from senior staff.

• Understands the overall architecture and designs and operates, as part of the Tools Team, moving from directorate to directorate installing and customizing tools, and designing custom solutions
• Acts as a facilitator with clients and other Zivaro professionals to understand the needs of the business and assist in designing solutions for clients
• Prepares and presents presentations to DoD NSIN ICON leadership, which convey the need, design, and benefits expected from each project the team undertakes
• Explaining technical issues and IT solution strategies to stakeholders and other IT professionals
• Keeps accurate records of materials used, expected deliverables, and milestone achieved

• Guides and activities of the solution architecture and SOW process with sales engineering and collaborates to ensure timely completion of SOWs
• Identify and mitigate existing business risk or risks associated with solution architecture
• Provides architectural guidance to both the internal Zivaro teams (sales, sales engineering, PMO, and professional services) as well as the client stakeholders
• Other duties as assigned

• ZIVARO is looking for a person who has a minimum Bachelor’s degree in related field with 9 years’ experience.. Depending on the level of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certificate this person has can potentially outweigh years of experience. Ideally, this person would have a high-level OEM technical certification(s) and ideally has some professional services/delivery background. In addition, a high-level of concentration, subject matter expertise, leadership and problem-solving skills are a plus.
