We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual/Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and assist with customer service and influencer management. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable following established processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer service emails using pre-created templates and macros
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management
- Process and schedule influencer orders according to predefined guidelines
- Create emails following established standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Build advertisements based on company templates and SOPs
- Conduct influencer outreach using predefined criteria and procedures
- Manage tasks in Trello to track project progress and status
- Coordinate with influencers regarding campaign launch dates, best practices, and deliverable status
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes consistently
- Experience with Trello or similar project management tools preferred
- Proficiency with email and basic digital marketing concepts
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Previous virtual assistant or administrative experience a plus

Our Recruitment Process
- Video Interview
- 20-minute take-home skills test

- Interviews directly with the client (depending on the project the # of interviews may vary, this may include an assessment)
- Final Offer
- Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
- Vacation: 10 business days a year
