As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve our search engine visibility, manage our paid advertising campaigns, and drive traffic to achieve business goals. You will need expertise in SEO, SEM and Paid Ads campaigns with a strong focus on Account Based Marketing, Google Search Console, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and overall SEO best practices.

• SEO Strategy and Execution:
- Perform keyword research to guide content and optimization strategies.
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and rankings.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO software.
- Conduct regular site audits and recommend improvements for technical SEO.
• SEM and Paid Ads Management:
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, keywords, and ad copy.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages to improve click-through and conversion rates.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track key performance metrics for both organic and paid channels.
- Provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure strategies remain effective.

Minimum Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in SEO and SEM, with a focus on ABM campaigns, Google Search Console and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, SEMrush, Google Search Console and similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
• Experience in A/B testing and performance optimization.
• Ability to manage budgets effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Verbal and written English proficiency.
• Familiarity with other paid ad platforms like Bing Ads and LinkedInAds.
• Basic knowledge of website management.
• Fluent English.
