In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to quality performance metrics.
  • Help coordinate and organize training sessions and educational workshops for staff members.
  • Support the development of educational materials and resources to enhance learning opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various departments to promote quality initiatives and safety practices.
  • Serve as a resource for staff inquiries regarding quality standards and educational resources.

What You Will Bring:

  • Previous experience in quality assurance, education, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Associate’s degree in healthcare, education, or a related discipline is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with learning management systems is a bonus!
