Job Purpose

The Player Operations Department Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the Player Operations team. Acting as the central point of coordination, this role is responsible for scheduling meetings, managing agendas, taking minutes, tracking action items, and ensuring seamless communication within the department. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in supporting departmental operations.

Areas of Responsibility

Meeting & Administrative Coordination

  • Schedule, organize, and coordinate departmental meetings, ensuring all key stakeholders are informed.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, ensuring meetings remain structured and goal-oriented.
  • Take clear and accurate meeting minutes, documenting key discussions, decisions, and action items.
  • Track and follow up on assigned action items to ensure timely completion.

Departmental Support & Communication

  • Act as a central point of contact for the Player Operations team, facilitating smooth communication between departments.
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and requests to ensure timely responses and efficient workflow.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for senior leadership.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and filing of critical department documents.

Project & Task Coordination

  • Support project management efforts by maintaining timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with departmental goals.
  • Assist in process improvements and administrative efficiencies to enhance overall operations.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to streamline workflows and enhance coordination.

Requirements

  • Organizational Excellence: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in meeting minutes, document preparation, and task tracking.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise across teams.
  • Proactive & Solutions-Oriented: A self-starter who can anticipate needs, resolve issues, and enhance processes.
  • Confidentiality & Professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and collaboration tools such as Slack or Asana.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
