This will be a permanent, full-time role based out of our Auckland office, 40 hours a week, $70,000 NZD per annum.

The Onboarding Team ensures a successful onboarding experience for new customers to Xplor’s suite of software, payments and parent engagement platforms. Reporting into the Onboarding Team Lead, you’ll makes each customer’s journey as easy, efficient and simple as possible and assists our Onboarding team to achieve their objectives by providing data migration support to our team of Onboarding Specialists.

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Data Specialist to join our Onboarding team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Excel, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate data insights across various departments.
The primary responsibility of the Onboarding Data Specialist will be to support onboarding processes by analysing and organising large volumes of data, identifying areas for improvement in current data processes and presenting actionable insights to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
