Wrist Service Center is looking for an experienced ERP Test Management & QA Specialist to develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive testing strategy for a high-impact ERP project. This role ensures the application meets all functional and non-functional requirements, with a strong focus on accuracy, reliability, and performance. The specialist will lead end-to-end testing efforts, from test planning and execution to defect resolution and continuous improvement, while aligning testing processes with ITIL best practices. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the specialist will drive quality assurance, test automation, and service validation, ensuring a seamless and efficient ERP deployment.

What you'll be doing:

Test Strategy & IT Service Alignment

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring alignment with ITIL service management processes.
• Define test scope, objectives, and key deliverables while integrating test management into ITIL Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management workflows.
• Identify and manage test data, test environments, and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

Test Execution & Documentation

• Develop and execute manual and automated test scripts to validate ERP functionality.
• Identify and track defects using test management tools and ensure their resolution in collaboration with Incident and Problem Management team.
• Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation of test results, including pass/fail statuses, and any identified issues.

Defect Management & Resolution

• Ensure defects are promptly communicated and tracked, working closely with developers to resolve them.
• Identify recurring issues and analyze patterns to recommend long-term solutions and process improvements.

Collaboration & ITIL Integration

• Work closely with ERP developers, business analysts, IT service management teams, and key stakeholders to align testing activities with Change and Release Management policies.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating test cases and validating results with business users.
• Provide training and guidance to teams on ERP testing best practices within an ITIL Service Lifecycle framework.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Prepare and present detailed testing reports that include test results, defect analysis, and actionable recommendations for improvements.
• Regularly update key stakeholders on testing progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Lead quality assurance reporting efforts and support continuous improvement initiatives by proposing improvements based on testing feedback and metrics.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in ERP testing, ITIL frameworks, and Quality Assurance (QA) methodologies.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• With proven experience (at least 7-10 years) leading QA efforts in software projects, with strong expertise in both manual and automated testing.
• Knowledge in database querying (SQL) for test data validation.
• ITIL certification v4 (ITIL Foundation or higher) is highly desirable. In-depth knowledge of ITIL framework, specifically Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
• Familiarity with test management tools and project management software.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and their architecture.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
