IT Intern

Worth AI is seeking a passionate and motivated IT Intern to join our dynamic team for this Summer, 2025.

As an IT Intern, your role will involve hands-on experience in supporting our IT operations and systems. You will work closely with skilled professionals, enhancing your technical abilities while contributing to projects that matter. This internship is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of IT practices within a cutting-edge company focused on innovation.

This role begins in May 2025; 2 days per week in our Orlando office; 24 hours per week minimum.

This internship is unpaid, but you may use for college credit

Responsibilities

• Assist with the maintenance and administration of IT infrastructure and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
• Help in the setup and configuration of IT equipment for new employees.
• Support the IT team in implementing system upgrades and improvements.
• Document IT processes, systems, and procedures for reference.
• Provide technical support to staff and assist them in getting the most out of their technology resources.
• Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the security and performance of IT systems.
• Actively engage in team meetings and contribute ideas for IT solutions.
• Initial triage & troubleshooting of incoming internal Support Desk tickets
• Other duties as assigned

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IT support processes and customer service principles.
• Experienced with MAC OS
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in taking on new challenges.
