A Property Management specialist who is responsible for the daily operation of a diverse property portfolio consisting of commercial, industrial and retail properties.
Our apprenticeship is a non-rotational Management Surveying programme where you will be supported through your BSc in Commercial Real Estate, through to your APC, with the end goal becoming a RICS accredited charted surveyor.
The apprenticeship combines on-the-job training such as shadowing surveyors, in house systems training, health & safety including and gaining your IOSH certificate, APC training.
You will also be required to attend external CPD events and forums.
You will also earn your IOSH certificate, and work closely with our ESG, Building Surveying, Facility Management and Property Accounting teams.
The first 6 months of the program you will be required to work from the office full time.
Bachelor Apprenticeship - This programme is suitable for non-degree holders.
Duration: 57 months from September 2025
You will complete a BSc in Commercial Real Estate with off-the-job training provided by the University College of Estate Management (UCEM).
Starting salary: £22,000
Start Date: As soon as possible with the degree starting in September 2025.
Pre-requisites
For standard entry applicants, must have obtained 96 UCAS tariff points (2017 Tariff) or 230 UCAS tariff points (2016 Tariff) or have an equivalent level of attainment through recognised qualifications not included in the UCAS Tarif.
As a Management Surveyor you will oversee the day to day running and management of a varied portfolio of commercial property ranging from retail, office and industrial. You’ll be responsible for providing landlords and tenants specialist advice on things such as lease obligations, repairs, and maintenance works, whilst overseeing the management of rental and other income owed by the tenant. You will be working with the client (landlords) to help enhance the value of their portfolios when required. Our clients are principally large institutional firms (pension funds, insurance companies etc.) and property companies.
