Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Management Analyst to support workforce resource deployment through data-driven forecasting and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze historical and real-time workforce data to identify trends and performance opportunities
• Develop and maintain staffing forecasts and assist with building optimized staffing schedules
• Monitor real-time performance metrics and provide actionable insights through reporting

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in workforce management, scheduling, or data analysis
• Experience in a contact center, healthcare, or service-oriented environment
• Certification in WFM platforms or analytics tools is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and workforce management tools
