Sales Development Representative

Location: London

Work pattern: Hybrid (3 days from office, 2 days WFH)

Package: £30,000 basic salary per year + £10,000 commission, split in quarterly targets

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative to help us generate new business opportunities in the alternative asset management sector. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating contact with them, and nurturing relationships to move them through the sales funnel. Your role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients within the alternative asset management industry. Utilize various tools and resources to build a targeted list of prospects. 
  • Outreach: Initiate and maintain contact with prospects through emails, phone calls, and other communication channels. Tailor your outreach to address specific client needs and pain points. 
  • Qualification: Qualify leads by conducting discovery conversations to understand their business requirements, budget, and decision-making processes. 
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects, positioning With Intelligence as a trusted partner in providing data solutions. 
  • Leads Handoff: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads, providing comprehensive information to facilitate the sales process. 
  • Sales Enablement: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and With Intelligence's products and services to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects. 
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and sales activities in CRM software. Provide regular reports and updates to the sales leadership team.
  • Previous experience in sales development or lead generation, particularly in the alternative asset management or financial services industry, is a plus. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets. 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work without supervision. 
  • Understanding or familiarity of CRM software and sales tools. 
  • Knowledge of alternative asset management and financial markets is a plus.
