Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Division's IT and operations support section to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Manage IT planning, project implementation, and oversee IS Business Analysts for system maintenance and enhancements
• Direct the division's research, data custodian, and data analytics initiatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience leading, supervising, and directing staff
• Experience coordinating and implementing department-wide projects/programs
• Experience utilizing data analytics and research projects to influence stakeholders
• Experience with Child Care programs policies and systems or other public assistance programs
• Experience working with large data systems
