We are looking for a Experienced Revenue Growth and Pricing Specialist for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing Growth department. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.

What Makes You Special?

• 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue growth, and monetization, preferably within SaaS, e-commerce, marketplace, or subscription-based businesses.
• Strong background in P&L ownership, financial modeling, and revenue forecasting, with a proven track record of driving profitable growth.
• Experience with A/B testing, price elasticity models, and consumer behavior analytics to optimize pricing and promotions.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with finance, product, marketing, and business unit leaders to align revenue strategies with business goals.
• Familiarity with SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI), and pricing optimization software.

What Will You Do?

• Drive revenue growth by developing and executing pricing strategies that optimize profitability.
• Take full ownership of P&L, ensuring financial targets are met through effective pricing and monetization techniques.
• Use A/B testing and data analysis tools to identify pricing opportunities and customer behavior insights, improving revenue and market positioning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, product, marketing, and business unit leaders to align revenue strategies with business goals and create a unified approach to growth.
• Leverage your expertise in pricing models and consumer behavior to continuously refine pricing and promotional strategies.
• Use SQL and BI tools to analyze performance data, providing insights to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
