As a Talent Acquisition Intern you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process end-to-end, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This role will assist in ensuring a seamless candidate experience while also contributing to recruitment projects and process improvements. This role will be hands-on, giving exposure to real hiring workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and other channels, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
  • Gather feedback from hiring managers and follow up with candidates as necessary.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, prepare reports, and ensure accurate records in our ATS platform.
  • Contribute to various TA projects (including talent mapping, candidate sourcing, and conducting research to support external recruitment efforts).
  • Provide administrative assistance as needed.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate or higher degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal English and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with HR tools and best practices will be considered a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, particularly in HR, would be an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and eagerness to learn.
