We are looking for a Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving new client acquisition and revenue growth. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our Compliance and Processing Managed Services business by identifying, engaging, and closing deals with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- New Client Acquisition – Identify and acquire new clients for our Compliance and Processing Managed Services, driving business growth.
- Revenue & Headcount Targets – Achieve and exceed targets related to new headcount acquisition and revenue generation.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation – Utilize cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Pipeline Management – Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.
- Enterprise Sales Strategy – Hunt for large accounts, identifying key stakeholders and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
- Multi-Opportunity Management – Handle multiple sales opportunities simultaneously while ensuring a high level of engagement.
- Sales Forecasting & Execution – Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales targets and execute plans to achieve them.
- Market & Competitor Analysis – Stay updated on the latest market trends and competition to refine sales strategies.
- CXO Relationship Management – Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives, positioning our services as strategic business solutions.
- Internal Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or solution selling.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in Compliance, Processing Managed Services, or similar domains is a plus.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of hunting and acquiring large accounts.
- Pipeline Management: Ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to develop high-level relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Analytical Mindset: Understanding of market trends, competition, and business strategy.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
