💼 What You'll Do

🔹 Own the Shopify Store
- Manage everything from product curation and page optimization to pricing, campaigns, and conversions.
- Constantly track performance and make smart, data-backed decisions.

🔹 Run the TikTok Shop
- Build and operate our TikTok store with a content-first mindset.
- Plan and create short-form video content that sells and sticks.
- Be hands-on in shooting and editing content that clicks with Gen Z & Millennial shoppers.

🔹 Drive Growth Through Data
- Analyze what’s working and what’s not.
- Optimize every click, view, and checkout with insight-driven improvements.
- Regularly report wins and lessons learned to fuel bigger breakthroughs.

🔹 Delight Customers
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and turn first-time buyers into loyal fans.
- Gather feedback and help us build better products and experiences.

🔹 Keep Sales & Orders on Point
- Track daily sales, organize order info, and ensure smooth, on-time deliveries.
- Coordinate with the team to keep operations running like clockwork.

✨ What We’re Looking For

• 6+ months of experience in e-commerce operations
• Hands-on knowledge of Shopify & TikTok Shop (bonus points for both!)
• Bonus if you have a background in content creation, marketing, or DTC brands
  
• Strong English & Chinese communication skills
• A self-starter mindset — you’re detail-obsessed, data-savvy, and proactive
• Able to manage time well in a remote setup
