Position Overview:

As a Digital Strategy Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing Webook.com’s digital strategy. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, driving digital transformation initiatives, and aligning business objectives with innovative digital solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will lead strategic projects, conduct in-depth research, and contribute to the long-term vision of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive the execution of the annual digital strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
• Identify and evaluate new digital opportunities, including products, services, and process improvements.
• Lead business analysis, market research, and customer insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure digital strategies are implemented effectively across departments.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations and reports showcasing digital initiatives and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor and assess the performance of digital initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to drive continuous innovation.
• Oversee the selection and implementation of digital platforms, tools, and technologies to enhance business efficiency.
• Foster a culture of digital transformation within the organization, advocating for best practices in digital strategy and execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Strategy, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in digital strategy, business analysis, market research, or a related role.
• Proven experience in leading strategic projects and working with digital tools and technologies.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
