About the Creative and Marketing Team

We’re looking for a dynamic Creative Assistant to help keep things running smoothly and support our creative team. 

About the Role

In this role, you will support our Chief Content Officer, ensuring their focus remains on driving creative vision while you manage the complexities of their day-to-day.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity and brings a blend of organizational, operational and creative enablement experience. 

• Proactively manage our Creative leader's calendar, ensuring seamless transitions between meetings and projects, while prioritizing high-impact activities.
• Coordinate and attend creative team meetings, creating comprehensive agendas based on discussion points and producing detailed follow up notes to ensure clear communication, actionable outcomes and efficient workflows within the creative team.
• Assist with project management by overseeing deadlines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Help prepare materials for internal and external presentations, reports, and creative reviews.
• Handle administrative tasks, including organizing documents, project plans, and tracking project deadlines to maintain organization and efficiency.
• Manage financial tasks, including processing invoices, expenses, and payments, as well as tracking budgets.
• Book travel arrangements as needed.

• Experience: You’ve been in the game for 5-7 years supporting creative teams (design, art direction, production, writing, editorial) in a fast-paced environment, bonus points if you’ve worked in an agency or high-growth company
• Organizational Mastery: Impeccable organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Tech Savvy: You’ve got advanced proficiency in the usual tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.) and are no stranger to project management software like Asana or Trello. Bonus points if you know your way around creative software (Figma, Adobe).
• Communication: You’re a clear communicator (you know how to make sure no one’s left hanging).
• You’re a go-getter, a multitasker, and a true team player. You’re resourceful, proactive, and have the emotional intelligence to know when to step up and when to take a step back.
