About the Role
As part of our firm, you’ll work on high-level corporate and commercial real estate transactions, collaborating on national and international deals. This role is perfect for a highly skilled transactional attorney with a drive for excellence, a commitment to detail, and a passion for delivering client success.

Florida Bar Membership (active) – REQUIRED.

JD from a Top 50 U.S. Law School.

5+ years of experience in corporate transactions, including M&A, international law, or corporate governance (preferably from AmLaw 200 or "Big Law" firms).

Fluent professional-level English and Spanish – REQUIRED.

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

High energy, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced practice.

No book of business required – this is about your expertise and drive.
