Driver Support Customer Service Representative

Become a Driver Support Representative and play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day transit operations that keep our city moving. You’ll be the go-to problem solver, making live troubleshooting decisions and collaborating with operations, support, and product teams to enhance services. What You’ll Do:

  • Optimize Operations: Proactively adjust daily operating plans based on real-time feedback from drivers, riders, and team members.
  • Problem-Solving on the Fly: Serve as the real-time point of contact for operational issues, delivering creative solutions to ensure seamless live operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships across various teams and with external partners to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support Beyond Expectations: Use your troubleshooting expertise to assist in other business areas, including live operations, phone, and email support.
  • Adapt and Prioritize: Make quick, informed decisions leveraging in-depth knowledge of products and services, even with minimal guidance.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer or tech support with a focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Process Improvement Pro: Proven track record of enhancing workflows and automating tasks to optimize support operations.
  • Operational Agility: Ability to prioritize and resolve issues related to drivers, riders, and team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathetic Communicator: Exceptional active listening and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Solution-Oriented Mindset: Creative, persistent, and calm under pressure, always aiming to find the best solutions.
  • Ownership Mentality: You take full responsibility for delivering top-notch service and continuously seek ways to improve.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in call centers or written support channels.
  • Prior fleet operations or dispatch experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
