We are currently seeking a confident, driven, and organized Acquisitions Manager to help expand our acquisitions pipeline and support our internal team in reaching new heights.
Position Summary
As the Acquisitions Manager, you’ll play a key role in sourcing, nurturing, and managing property acquisition opportunities. You'll be the first point of contact for many sellers, working closely with our Acquisitions Specialists to set appointments, manage CRM data, and ensure timely follow-ups with leads. You’ll also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with investors, agents, and property owners throughout our network for the strategic sale of the acquired properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to inbound seller leads promptly via phone, email, and text
- Set qualified appointments for our Acquisitions Specialists to meet with property owners
- Follow up with sellers post-appointment to assess motivation and move deals forward
- Utilize and manage Salesforce CRM to track lead activity, schedule follow-ups, and update contact information
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, local real estate agents, wholesalers, and investors
- Help identify new lead sources and creative acquisition strategies
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to align on pipeline status and deal opportunities

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 2+ years of experience in real estate, sales, customer service, or related fields
- Strong phone presence and confidence in handling sales conversations
- Proven ability to manage and nurture leads through a CRM
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
- A strong understanding of residential real estate, either through investing, wholesaling, brokerage, or similar experience
- High emotional intelligence and people skills – you know how to read a room and build rapport
- A self-starter attitude with a team-player mindset
- Familiarity with real estate investing or off-market property acquisition is a plus
