Lot Manager - Burnsville Nissan

Compensation: $20-23/hour depending on experience

• Our Lot Managers are the go to people for managing the inventory, lot, and staff at a dealership. Some of the responsibilities would include:
• Train, appraise, motivate, and support the development, productivity, and success of the staff
• Inspect, maintain, and manage paperwork for new vehicles on lot.
• Audit sales and RDR’s
• Assist with HR related duties including recruiting, hiring, and termination of staff

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Physically able to stand for long periods of time, bending, reaching and lifting up to 60lbs
• walking
• Positive attitude and experience in a team environment
• Must have manual dexterity and eye/hand coordination to operate equipment
