SUMMARY:
This position edits, audits, and updates training, focusing on contract compliance and providing the highest-quality training products for security personnel servicing contracts supported by the Federal Services Division (FSD). It is supervised by and reports to the Assistant Director of Training, Federal Services Division. **This position is an onsite position located at the corporate office in Chattanooga, TN**

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) from a regionally accredited four-year college or university. A focus on instructional design, organizational development, operations, training, or equivalent fields is preferred. Experience in project management, course development, and classroom presentations; one to three years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is also required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations using the English language. Ability to write reports, internal business correspondence, curriculum, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to create and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or scheduled form.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, the Training Administrator should possess moderate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; preferred experience with Learning Management Systems; should have a working knowledge of Internet programs and other software as required and have the ability to learn new software programs.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:
Currently possesses or can obtain and maintain a valid State Driver’s License.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to work a flexible schedule and evenings, weekends, and holidays as requested or required. Travel of 25% or less may be required. The Candidate may travel from the corporate office to assigned sites and posts. In addition, the candidate may be tasked to travel and support other divisions and branches within the company, as well as the ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
