Junior Training Advisor

As part of its development, Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and is seeking a Junior Training Advisor.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Training Advisor to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of training or onboarding experience who is passionate about helping others learn and succeed. You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions for new hires across our energy and telco service lines, ensuring they understand our products, services, systems, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding training programs to new hires across electricity, gas, and telecom departments
• Facilitate sessions on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department leads to ensure training materials reflect current processes, products, and services
• Manage and support the daily operation of the company's online training platform
• Create educational content aligned with company goals and staff development requirements
• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to improve performance and retention
• Maintain training records and assist in improving training materials
• Support continuous learning initiatives within the organization

• 1–2 years of experience in a training, onboarding, or L&D role
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to simplify complex information and engage diverse learners
• Organizational skills and comfort managing multiple training sessions
• Experience in the energy, gas, or telco sectors is a plus
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
